CUSTOMIZATION -
Many builders today are either unwilling or unable to truly custom build your home. Your independent KanBuild Builder will sit down with you to design a home that meets your needs. We will ask questions like: Do you like to entertain? Do you like to cook? What do you do for work and leisure? All of these types of questions can help determine things like having a formal dining room, a large kitchen with lots of storage, an office for your computer or mud room to kick off those boots.
VALUE-
KanBuild provides value to our customers in many different ways. One of the best ways is GUARANTEED PRICING! It is not uncommon for material prices to go up during the construction of the home. Sometimes a home can end up costing 5% - 10% more than the bid price. Not at KanBuild! We guarantee your price from the day you place the order.

TIMELINE-
KanBuild’s permanent modular construction will shorten your construction timeline and you will occupy sooner over conventional

While site preparation is performed and the foundation is laid, off-site construction of building units is in progress. When site preparation is complete units arrive to be set. Units are trucked in. Total construction time is approximately one third less than traditional construction. The abbreviated construction schedule allows you to earn a return on your investment sooner while minimizing the exposure to the risks commonly associated with protracted construction schedules.
QUALITY -
Last, but certainly not least, is the superior quality that KanBuild builds into every home. We start planning for quality during the design process. Every home design is looked at by numerous people, including you and your builder. This ensures that all the details are just the way you want them. The plans are then approved by the state in which you build as an additional check to the design.
KanBuild builds your home in a state of the art, 112,000 square foot, environmentally controlled building. Your materials are not outside getting rained on or lying in the mud. Precision - We use jigs and templates to construct parts of your home. These devices let us know things are built right each and every time.
Inspections are a way to ensure that we are "building in" the quality. We inspect your home at various stages of construction. We pay particular attention to framing, roofs, plumbing, electrical and finish details. Our inspectors are periodically audited by state agencies to ensure our compliance to applicable codes.
All of this is backed by a 10 year structural warranty. Year one is covered by KanBuild. Because our homes are built so well, years 2-10 are covered by Residential Warranty Corporation (RWC).
