Limited Warranty

Kan Build designs and builds at the highest level of quality. However, it is inevitable that situations will arise where repairs will have to be made. Three levels of warranty coverage exist to give you the peace of mind that you are purchasing a well built product that is backed on many different levels.

Year 1 - Kan Build warrants the modular portion of your home (this excludes site improvements such as basements, utilities, porches and garages) against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of set up. This warranty is administered through the builder network. Your builder will give you instructions on how to handle claim submission.

Years 2 - 10 - Extended warranty coverage is provided for the structural portion of your home by Residential Warranty Corporation (RWC). You will find all the necessary forms and contact information in your homeowner's packet.

Additional Warranties - You will also receive additional pass through warranties on the various products in your home such as appliances, windows, shingles or siding. These warranties vary in length and are administered by the manufacturer of the product. This information is also included in your homeowner packet.
