Because we are building one of a kind, custom homes the answer will vary depending on the size of home, the style of the home and features that each customer chooses. The best way to pin point a price is to have a general idea of the type of home you would like and consult with your local builder.

What is a systems build home?
We use the term system built because we build with a systematic process. Kanbuild utilizes jigs, templates and processes to raise the level of efficiency. This systematic approach is not only more efficient it ensures a higher level of quality. There are other names used in the market place. Another common term used is "modular". Modular homes refer to any home build in sections or "modules". This is a broad description and contains vast differences in specifications, quality, and customization.

What does "Custom" mean?
Simply put, customization at Kanbuild is defined by the customer not the company. There are many builders out in the marketplace that claim to be custom. At Kanbuild customization is defined by your imagination.

Why should I buy a Kanbuild home?
You should only buy a Kanbuild after you are comfortable that you are getting the best home at the best price. We encourage you to comparison shop. You should look at site builders and other manufacturers. The important things to remember are: 1) make sure the specifications are apples to apples 2) can the competitor custom design your home? 3) quality, look past what is on the surface. The best way to evaluate quality is to take a plant tour. The differences will become apparent. 4) can the competition guarantee your pricing? 5) can the competitor match the Kanbuild move in date?

How do I buy a Kanbuild home?
Kanbuild sells through a group of qualified independent builders. The builders need to be involved because of the ordering process and completion of the site work.
